Refund policy
Thank you so much for supporting OATS THE LABEL.
As each garment is handmade by myself and my mother we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind or want to cancel your order .
However, we are more than happy to exchange your item for a different size, (please note that this is in the same color and garment only) within 10 days of receiving your garment. Item must be returned in original condition, and postage is at customers cost.
Please note that our sizing chart is only a GUIDE, please include your measurements in your order to assist us in getting the correct fit
Please note that if your order is a CUSTOM ORDER that there is no refund or exchange available.
If you are exchanging your item, please email hello@oats-the-label.com (Please slow up to 24 hours for a response, emails are unable to be answered on weekends)
Please contact us prior to purchasing if you are unsure about sizing, colour or fabrics.
Agreed* refers to a mutual agreement between OATS THE LABEL and the customer.
Manufacturing Fault* is a * manufacturing defect * is a problem that becomes part the product when it is made by the manufacturer.
