We strive to deliver you the finest quality in handmade fashion, however things sometimes go wrong. So, if your garment has a MANUFACTURING FAULT* please notify us via hello@oats-the-label.com with a picture of the fault, and a clear description for assessment.
All garments with an agreed * Manufacturing fault * will be refunded in full with postage covered by OATS.
