As each piece is made to order, please allow 20–25 working days plus shipping time for your garment to be made and delivered.
This timeframe is an estimate only. Due to the handmade nature of our business, production times may vary depending on demand. We always do our best to keep you updated if there are any changes to this timeframe.
Please note:
International orders may take longer to arrive depending on postal services and customs processing.
Rush orders may be available in certain circumstances. If you require your order sooner, please contact us at hello@oats-the-label.com before purchasing. An additional $15 rush fee applies.
Once your order has been shipped, OATS THE LABEL is not responsible for lost or delayed packages via Australia Post or international postal services. We are also not responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may apply to international orders.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. OATS THE LABEL is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrectly entered addresses, and refunds will not be provided in these cases.
